Following unprecedented demand for what has become the fastest selling date since the opening of Wexford Opera House, Christy Moore and Declan Sinnott will now be playing a second concert to compliment the first date which only has limited availability at this stage.

Christy Moore and Declan Sinnott Tickets on sale Friday 26th June from Wexford Opera House

Wexford Opera House is very proud to announce Christy Moore and Declan Sinnott in concert together in the John and Aileen O’Reilly Theatre in Wexford Opera House on Friday, November 20th 2009.   Tickets for this popular event go on sale Friday, June 26, 2009 at 9am, in what is sure to be a sold-out concert.

Wexford Opera House Bestowed Top Award from the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland

Wexford Opera House is in the national eye once again, winning a top prize in this year’s Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (R.I.A.I) awards for 2009, being awarded the Best Cultural Building of the year in Farmleigh House, Dublin last night.  John Gormley T.D, Minister for the Environment, Housing and Local Government presented the award.

Wexford Opera House takes 2nd place in RIAI Public Choice Vote

Wexford Opera House came a very respectable 2nd place in the Public Choice Awards in the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland Design Awards (RIAI), with the re-development of Thomand Park taking the top spot.........
